During the laughing hike, we walk cheerfully and exhilaratedly through the vineyards and enjoy nature in all its splendour and abundance with all our senses. We immerse ourselves in the Palatinate sea of vines, gasp for air with laughter in beautiful places and flood our bodies with a good dose of oxygen. Calm, meditative exercises alternate with light, playful exercises from laughter yoga.
