Unnoticed and somewhat hidden, our lovingly furnished holiday home in the picturesque alleys invites you to an unforgettable stay in St. Martin.
Suitable for holidaymakers who need more space, or as a family who appreciate a domicile with privacy, we offer the hinterhaus with three apart furnished bedrooms (maximum 6 persons).
A unique house with all amenities for a relaxing holiday or a temporary stay (workation possible). The house is located in the centre of St. Martin. The holiday feeling begins right outside the front door.

Tune out and relaxe when you enter - that is our goal.

Arrival and departure: The house is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. Other arrangements can be made by arrangement and availability. Please contact us for details.
Key box: You will receive the access code by e-mail after receipt of payment of the travel costs. You can use it to hand over the keys contactless or in person if you wish.

The hinterhaus is located in Kirchstraße (18% incline). No parking facilities at the house. For loading and unloading, you can stop briefly opposite the courtyard entrance. The parking spaces in the centre of the village are reserved for residents. Paid parking (max. 3.50 € per day) is 2-3 minutes (200 m) away on foot. Recommended parking space: Am Pfarrgarten 4

Price includes final cleaning, use of sauna, towels, bed linen, coffee, WiFi, etc.
You book the number of bedrooms.
In all three variants you have the house with yard, garden and sauna for your exclusive use.

Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the artificial grass.

The hinterhaus is not barrier-free due to its historical age. There are steps and steep stairs. Possibly also not suitable for small children.
Parking facilities: For loading and unloading, you can stop briefly opposite the courtyard entrance. The parking spaces in the centre of the village are reserved for residents. Paid parking is 2-3 minutes (200 m) away on foot. Recommended parking: Am Pfarrgarten 4.
