Our apartments and the vacation apartment are located in a separate building in a quiet location behind our house at the foot of St. Martin's local mountain, the Wingertsberg.

The 60 square meter terrace and the garden on the southern slope offer you plenty of space to relax and a wonderful view over St. Martin and the Rhine plain as far as the Black Forest.

In just a few minutes you can be in the picturesque village center with its old buildings worth seeing, its varied gastronomy and the wineries or on well-kept farm paths in the vineyards or on well-marked hiking trails in the Palatinate Forest with its many well-maintained huts.

Payment

Payment of the agreed rental price is made in cash on site.

The municipality of St. Martin also charges a guest contribution of € 1.00 per person/night. This is paid to the municipality via the landlord.

 Price includes final cleaning, towels, bed linen and pitch.

GUEST ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT Apartments-am-Rebengarten

1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the apartment or vacation apartment has been ordered and confirmed in writing or booked via a booking system, or if a written confirmation was no longer possible in the case of a telephone booking due to time constraints, has been made available.

2. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the guest to fulfill the contract, regardless of the period for which the contract has been concluded. Payment shall be made in cash on the day of arrival.

3. If the contract is canceled 60 days before check-in, no costs will be charged.

4. If the contract is not complied with without the application of clause 3, he is obliged to pay the price reduced by the saved expenses. According to current case law, the saving for apartments and vacation apartments without breakfast is 10% of the accommodation price.

5. The landlord is obliged to offer unused overnight stays as freely available in order to avoid costs.

6. The guest must pay the amount calculated in accordance with Clause 4 for the duration of the contract until the room is rented to another party.
