A look over the shoulder - master butcher Peter Joachim reveals unusual methods of preparation; special cuts from the grill, Alte Wutz from Schwäbisch Hall, veal boiled beef, flat iron, saddle of venison, dry aged roast beef... A total of eight different types of meat with matching wines and sparkling wines await you. Winemaker Thorsten Ochocki, himself the man at the grill, will host the wine tasting.
