The outdoor pool is located on the outskirts of Steinfeld in the direction of the Bienwald forest. It has a 25m pool, a shallow-sloping multi-purpose non-swimmer pool with a three-meter-high water slide, as well as a toddlers' paddling pool lovingly lined with colorful mosaics and featuring a water-spouting seal.
Furthermore, the very family-friendly forest swimming pool offers a well-kept beach volleyball court, a soccer field and a playground. A rich tree population provides pleasant shade even at 35 degrees Celsius to relax on the large sunbathing lawn. A kiosk with a beer garden, open all day, offers plenty of hot meals, a large assortment of ice cream, chilled drinks and coffee at fair prices.
All together, the outdoor pool is recommended for young and old, but especially for families with small children, because the pool area is very clear.
