Soirée Chocolat - Sekt & Schokolade-Seminar im Wilhelmshof

The book author Jürgen Bluhm ("Chocolate - The Secret of Happiness") is a guest at the Wilhelmshof. His impressive multivision show from his second home Mexico is a visual experience.
Go with Jürgen Bluhm on a journey of discovery to the origins of chocolate! Experience the path from the cocoa fruit, opened with a machete, to the finished chocolate. Taste the pulp and cocoa seeds of the raw cocoa fruit and the cocoa curd for the first time.
Selected bean-to-bar chocolates will accompany the matching eight or so sparkling wines and wines that will be presented to you by chocoholic and enologist Barbara Roth. This will be followed by a small surprise from the estate kitchen. Hearty - but with chocolate.
