In the most picturesque part of the Erlenbach Valley, only a stone’s throw away from the spa town of Bad Bergzabern, lies the pleasant village of Kapellen-Drusweiler, with its sweet-smelling roses, which border the paths of the “rose walk“ in the vineyard region called Rosengarten (Rose Garden). The village is surrounded by rolling hills, blanketed with vineyards as far as the eye can see, which then blend into the romantic scenery of the Palatinate Forest in the west. Here you will find our “Gästehaus No. 31 im Rosengarten”, a former vintner’s farmhouse in the traditional Palatinate style, very close to the village centre yet bordering on open countryside. A local bus stop and train station are located just a few metres walk away as well as a range of restaurants. In the village you can enjoy rustic pubs called Strausswirtschaft with local food and wine or a restaurant serving Palatinate and Mediterranean-style menus and charming wine fêtes. Whether you want to investigate the cycle or walking paths through the vineyards of the south Palatinate region, the Palatinate Forest or nearby Alsace, or you want to enjoy the spa facilities of the thermal resort in Bad Bergzabern, or savour award-winning wines and fine regional delicacies or simply enjoy a sight-seeing and shopping tour in one of the picturesque towns and cities in the area, we are always happy to be at your service. Gästehaus No. 31 im Rosengarten offers you unique and original style in a romantic, nostalgic ambience with numerous extras and comforts – or as the Germans say “Service is written in capital letters with us!”. Our aim is to ensure that you are comfortable and that you can lean back and relax with all your senses… holidays the way you always wanted them to be. We are looking forward to open our doors and welcome you!
