Description

The apartment is located in Queichheim, within walking distance of the city center of Landau and is well connected to the highway A65 as well as to the public bus and train transportation.

On foot

The city center with its historical old town as well as the Landau Fort or the zoo are within walking distance, and despite the proximity to the city center, there are very nice walking possibilities as well as the leisure pool La Ola. There are several bakeries with café, which can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes on foot (also open on Sundays).

Bus and train
The well-developed bus and rail network allows you to reach the many existing excursion destinations such as LaOla Freizeitbad Landau, Zoo Landau, Palatinate Forest with its beautiful huts and much more, very comfortably even without a car. www.vrn.de

Car
By car you can reach the city center of Landau in 5 minutes, as well as several shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi, SBK), beverage market, Media Markt etc. http://www.queichheim.de/

Private access to the appartment via the yard. The apartment is accessible by stairs.

A free parking space is available in front of the door.

With your reservation/booking you accept the general terms and conditions and our house rules of the vacation apartment feelgood. The following conditions apply to all reservations / bookings. The operators of FeWo feelgood reserves the right to change the conditions at any time. Already made bookings and reservations remain unaffected.
Prices
The prices of the apartment are per night and vary according to the season. The standard occupancy is up to 2 persons. The minimum stay depends on the travel dates and is usually at least two nights.
Reservation
On our website you can inform yourself about our price offer. For a reservation request you can use the reservation form. The operators of FeWo feelgood will send you a confirmation within 24 hours with the necessary information. For longer booking periods, the operator of the FeWo feelgood can require a deposit. The deposit is due at the moment of the booking/reservation and can be paid by bank transfer. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the booking/reservation, on the day of arrival the guest will pay the remaining amount at the check-in. After receipt of payment we will send the guest a confirmation by email with all information about the arrival and the balance to be paid on the day of arrival.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival we will refund the full amount. Please send us an email for this purpose.
Due to the current Covid-19 situation we also cancel bookings free of charge if a stay or arrival is not possible due to legal restrictions (such as a travel ban). We will then refund the full amount, even if your arrival is within 30 days.
Payment
The guest pays the total amount in cash at check-in or previously by bank transfer, in Euro. Advance payments will be deducted from the total amount. Payments with EC- or credit cards are not possible. Cash machines are available in the village.
Deposit
The operators of FeWo feelgood reserves the right to require a deposit from the guest. The deposit will be returned to the guest on departure/checkout, subject to a damage-free return of the FeWo feelgood.
Damage to the object
Any damage in the FeWo feelgood, or to objects in the FeWo feelgood, must be reported to the operator of FeWo feelgood immediately. The guest is fully responsible and liable for the damage caused by him. It applies the polluter pays principle. Arisen damages will be offset against the deposit paid by the guest. Damages must be paid and compensated by the guest in cash on departure/checkout.
Cleaning service
On the day of arrival the apartment will be cleaned, disinfected and provided with fresh towels and bed linen.
On the day of departure the apartment must be left in a tidy condition. In case of non-observance by the guest, a fee will be charged.
Towels and bed linen
Fresh towels and bed linen are provided on the day of arrival.
Services included
The operators of FeWo feelgood provides the apartment with all the described objects and facilities. If you like one or the other item that is in the apartment, then please contact us upon departure. You are welcome to purchase it. Please do not simply take things home with you, otherwise we will have to charge you for the item.
Registration on the day of arrival
On the day of arrival, a legally required registration form must be filled out and signed by the guest. This contains information about the guests who are staying in the vacation apartment as well as the signature of the guest.
The operators of FeWo feelgood are not liable for circumstances that are not in our control. The operators of the FeWo feelgood are not responsible for theft / destruction of personal items or accidents or injuries.

House rules

It is important that you observe the following house rules:

Noise

Please do not exceed the normal noise level after 22:00 and pay attention to the room volume.
Parties are not allowed.
Do not make noise in front of the house. Please respect the quiet of the neighbors.

Security
Always close the front door. Make sure that the door is securely closed again after opening.
Please lock the windows when you leave the apartment.

Trash
Do not leave garbage, trash or garbage in the house, entrance area or the property. Garbage can be disposed of in the kitchen in the trash can under the sink. For longer stays we kindly ask you to dispose of your garbage in the garbage can on the right side of the house in the small yard.

Smoking

Our apartments are non-smoking apartments only. All rooms are completely non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. You can smoke in front of the door or in the yard. Please throw your cigarette butts in an ashtray! If you do smoke in the apartment a separate cleaning is necessary and will be charged with EUR 200.-€.

Lighting
Please switch off the lights when leaving the apartment for the sake of the environment.

Pets of any kind are not allowed !

Please treat the resources water and electricity with care.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition on your departure, put dishes in the cupboards. Please wash used dishes and do not leave any dishes in the dishwasher.

Please let us know if anything is broken. If the damage cannot be repaired, you or your insurance company will pay for it

Please do not leave any perishable food in the apartment or in the refrigerator.

The use of the internet connection via WLAN is subject to special requirements. Of course, any illegal activities such as illegal music or video downloads are prohibited. If you are unsure, please inform yourself about the legal regulations. If there is a violation of the law, you will be held liable.

No hygienic products, waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids, fats etc. may be thrown or poured into the toilet and drains, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Please use the provided waste garbage cans.
