With Tina Pfaffmann you should be prepared for just about anything!
“That’s me“ or “That isn’t me“ are the two sentences Tina Pfaffmann uses the most. She took over the 15-hectare family wine estate from her parents in 2000.
The vineyard soils of the winery, situated in the Frankweiler in the heart of the Pfalz, are typical for the region: loam and limestone.
“I want to make a new decision every year about what the wine will be like. That‘s my signature.“
Nature is different every year, and she adjusts her wines to these natural changes.
One thing, however, is consistent with Tina Pfaffmann: Quality.
All this is possible only with the terrific team that has been supporting the estate for many years and who she is very grateful to.
Her focus is on creating white wines, from Riesling to Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, as well as Gelber Muskateller, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc and Grüner Silvaner.
