Preserving tradition and not being closed to new things - that is the motto of the Theodorus bionic wine and sparkling wine estate, which is managed by Thomas Lergenmüller in the fifth generation. For some years now, the winery has been cultivating its vineyards according to strictly ecological principles. The result is expressive wines of top quality. The winery's vinotheque has been redesigned according to the same principles, using natural materials from the Palatinate region. The plain white walls put the wine in the spotlight and allow for changing art exhibitions. The gray floor tiles and dark furniture provide an exciting contrast. The glass front of the entrance floods the space with light and the transition from inside to outside is almost seamless. The different illuminated wall behind the counter unfolds an impressive effect, especially during sensory wine tastings.
