Many of the restaurant's regional specialities, such as Saumagen (pig's stomach), liver dumplings and bratwursts, come from our own butchery.
But the fine cuisine, deliciously prepared fish, vegetarian dishes and a seasonal menu also offer something for every palate.

From 2 pm to 5.30 pm we serve coffee specialities from all over the world. As well as homemade cakes and tarts. The special thing: Revive an old tradition - the "historical coffee table"! Lovingly set with old china and cake recipes from "Anno Dazumal".
