The Way of the Cross begins at the junction of the local road "Kreuzweg" and Burgweg with a pre-station from 1865 "Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane". 200 m further up the Burgweg there is a 2nd pre-station with a similar motif. The actual Way of the Cross with its 14 stations begins on the small forecourt in front of the Kropsburg. The crucifixion group forms the end of our Way of the Cross on the Ottilienberg. It is called the Weather Cross because people also made processions to this cross and prayed for good weather. On Good Friday, the Way of the Cross leads parishioners and guests to the Weather Cross at 6.00 am.
