RIESLING, SPÄTBURGUNDER AND GRAUER BURGUNDER GROW HERE UNDER THE BEST CONDITIONS, WITH SLOPE INCLINATION AND SOUTHERN EXPOSURE. WE ATTACH GREAT IMPORTANCE TO THE CAREFUL CULTIVATION OF OUR VINEYARDS. HANDWORK, HEALTHY GRAPES AND GENTLE PROCESSING IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.

Gentle pressing with low pressure in the basket press makes mechanical processing of the must unnecessary. Many of our wines ferment spontaneously without fermentation control in oak barrels. The aging is done with minimal use of pumps and filters.
