We think BIGGER. With our farm we strive for a holistic concept. Sustainability is not only a value that can be represented but a lifestyle. We as a family of winegrowers live from nature and therefore have the concern to take care of it. We live energy efficient with our tracked PV system. By growing Miscanthus (China reed) we bind 53 tons of CO² per hectare per year since 2007 and generate our own bio-fertilizer. The Bee-Rangers project creates habitat for our little friends and on our farm the somewhat larger alpacas also feel at home.
