Hi, I'm Phillip and I was born in 1989 in one of the most beautiful spots in the Palatinate. Here I can live my dream of running my own small winery. With my old tractor and a lot of passion I cultivate a handful of vineyards around Kapellen-Drusweiler in harmony with nature. A good education, many bottles of wine drunk and the pursuit of the best grapes, are the foundations for my wines. Just "How I Roll"! In my barn I reinterpret old traditions, go new ways and so produce every year wines that are "Phillip Heinz" through and through. Careful handling of my "treasures" is a basic prerequisite for this. My way, my passion, my wine! I stand for delicious wines with cool labels, in small, limited editions. With this I want to break the dusty winemaker image and also offer many great pleasurable experiences with my wines for the young and young at heart. In my assortment you will find the right accompaniment for every occasion.
