Master winemaker and wine cooper Klaus is responsible for the vinification in the cellar. He cultivates the classic Palatinate wine range, supplemented with Cabernet Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Cabernet Cubin and Merlot. In summer we make our own elderberry sparkling wine and in winter mulled wine.
