Description

On a good 20 hectares of vineyards, about 70% white grape varieties and 30% red wine varieties are cultivated. The special focus is on the white and red Burgundy varieties, and of course the Riesling.

Taking into account the location, soil type and microclimate as well as the harmony of nature, we try to find the best possible combination of grape variety, vine clones and rootstock for each individual vineyard in order to be able to produce individual wines full of character and expression.
