Our craft. We work in the vineyard. We look closely, hear and feel what is growing in the vineyard. This is the only way we can support soils, vines and grapes in their natural development and provide them with what they need to thrive. We have been cultivating our vineyards close to nature for years and are on the way to organic certification shortly before our goal. A lot of knowledgeable hands are necessary, especially in autumn when we carefully harvest the grapes row by row. In the cellar we let rest, do not disturb and give the wines their time to mature. In a region that opens up to the Rhine and its Alsatian neighbors. With a climate that is one of the friendliest in Germany. Which, as our guests discover again and again, also applies to the residents. Our property on the South Wine Route deliberately combines tradition and modernity. The wine cellar dates from the Baroque period, and the wooden barrel expansion is a tradition. Our landmark is the "Sonnentempel" vineyard house on the Heiligenberg, built in 1913.
