Our vineyards grow on heavy, clayey calcareous marl and shell limestone soils, as well as on fertile, sandy loess-clay weathered soils with varying lime content. Here we mainly grow Rieslings and Burgundies.

An environmentally and soil-friendly cultivation is very important to us, in order to be able to harvest the grapes healthy and optimally ripened. We harvest almost exclusively by hand, especially to protect the grapes and the soil.
