The "Waldhaus Lambertskreuz" near Lambrecht (Palatinate), in the heart of the natural paradise of the Palatinate Forest, traditionally enjoys great popularity with hikers, mountain bikers, horse riders, Nordic walkers and day trippers!
The Lambertskreuz is located in the heart of the Palatinate Forest, about 4 kilometres north of the municipality of Lambrecht at an altitude of 462 metres above sea level. Due to its central location, the Waldhaus Lambertskreuz is easy to reach from many directions on foot, by mountain bike or even for horse riders.
The oldest house of the Pfälzerwald-Verein, it was built in 1907 by the local group of Lambrecht and is still owned by them today, is idyllically situated in a clearing. Our main room has 50 seats with an adjoining open adjoining room, which offers a further 60 cosy seats. Upstairs, we have created an equally cosy ambience with a further 150 seats. There is also plenty of seating in the spacious outdoor area around our Waldhaus. On more than 280 sunny and shady places every guest will find his relaxation after the "ascent". For our younger guests, there is also a playground next to the wide car-free forest area.
Hearty, mainly Palatinate dishes adorn our extensive menu and the traditional Palatinate cosiness invites you to feel good and stay in and at the Waldhaus Lambertskreuz!
