Trifterlebnispfad - Heinrichsklause - Information board 18
The Heinrichsklause, like the Franzenklause, served as a drift woog for a side valley for the hydropeaking in the Legelbach. After the Woog, the now overgrown Bollerplatz and the Triftkanal are clearly visible. At the outlet there is a striking stilling basin, which transferred the water energy into a steady wave.
Thus the water was used on the one hand to drift the wood from the Bollerplatz and on the other hand to maintain a wave in the Legelbach. The Woog ran dry in only five minutes.
