The St. Anna Chapel is a Catholic pilgrimage church near Burrweiler in the Palatinate Forest. It stands at an altitude of 423 m and looks down on Burrweiler, which lies about 170 m below the chapel. From St. Anna's Chapel, one has a magnificent view over the Rhine Valley, reaching as far as the Odenwald and the mountains of the Black Forest. A very special experience is to watch the sunrise while standing - sitting - in front of the chancel of the chapel. In the summer of each year, various pilgrimages to St. Anne take place here. A wide and beautiful view can be seen from up here.
