Picknickplatz Panoramaplatz am Wasserturm

This beautiful picnic area with several tables and benches as well as a sun bed offers a very nice view over vineyards and fields as well as over the village of Herxheim and the Rhine valley up to the Palatinate Forest. It is open to the public and is located at the water tower along the Südpfalzradweg in direction Offenbach.

Our picnic tips: Remember to keep your distance from others, even outside. You are welcome to take a picnic blanket with you to avoid them if your chosen picnic bench is still occupied. After the picnic, please put the garbage away, because we want to preserve the beautiful nature for everyone! Please note that barbecues and campfires are not allowed at the picnic areas.
