The Ott butcher's shop has been around since 1850 and is now in its 6th generation. A catering service has also been offered since 1993.

The butcher's shop offers various meat, sausage and cheese products. Meat and sausages are produced here in-house using meat from the Palatinate. If you would like to order a little "Palatinate feeling" to take home, you can do so here in the form of tinned Palatinate sausages such as Saumagen. The butcher's shop also sells the traditional Ilbesheim "Kunschthäwwelfläsch". This is cured meat that is now heated in a roasting tube with other ingredients in the oven. In the past, this meat was placed in boiling pots together with mash and heated together - hence the name "Kuschthäwwelfläsch" (artificial potted meat).
