Mehrzweckhalle Hayna

The Hayna multi-purpose hall (gymnasium and festival hall) serves the Hayna clubs, citizens and their guests as a meeting place for sports, cultural and social life.

The multipurpose hall Hayna offers seating for about 200 people and is accessible without barriers. There is a large, well-equipped kitchen, in which you can also cook for yourself.

Authorised to use the service are, under the conditions of these user regulations, the inhabitants of the municipality as well as associations, legal entities and associations of persons, provided that they have their seat in Herxheim. External organisers are also permitted for public and private events. Events of the associations within the scope of their statutory objectives take precedence over other events if applications are submitted at the same time.

Events are permitted for the following purposes:

- Year celebrations on the occasion of anniversaries

- birthday parties for round birthdays from the age of 40

- Company Anniversaries

- Advertising events for commercial purposes, insofar as the product presentation can be brought into harmony with the character of the multipurpose hall.

The head of the village decides on exceptions, taking into account local interests, in particular the character of the multipurpose hall as a non-profit institution.
