The project "Living and Working on the Kaiserbacher Mühle Estate" breaks new ground in housing and urban development. Whereas the building or the favorable price per square meter is usually the decisive factor when deciding on a place to live, here it is above all the content aspects that count. In the foreground is the desire to live with other people (young and old) in a lively neighborhood. The prerequisite for this is not a common religion or world view, but above all tolerance and openness.
The residents of the Gutshof are united by the realization that an intergenerational neighborhood filled with life has advantages for the individual as well as a wealth of synergy effects. The goal is not to create an "island of bliss" - the community is open to the social environment and engages accordingly. An example of this are the activities of the non-profit association "Lobby für Kinder e.V."
