Ehrenfelsen

The nature monument was dedicated to the foresters and forest workers of the Elmstein valley who died in the 1st World War.

The following inscriptions can be found on the front of the nature monument:
"1914 1918"
    "1930"
"They lived for the forest they died for the fatherland"
"You who stand here honour the forest and the fatherland"
"Dedicated to the foresters and forest workers who died in the World War and who lived and worked in the Elmstein valley".
