We have been baking in Maikammer for twenty-five years. We have always baked according to long-established, traditional and often regional recipes, with raw materials from neighboring producers, all of whom we have known personally for many years and whom we trust.
In addition to a seasonally changing range of bread, rolls and confectionery, you can expect fresh baguette, box white bread, mixed wheat bread, common rye bread, mixed rye bread (also with caraway) or country bread in all of our branches. Our wholemeal spelled rolls are also available daily. On certain days we offer you a wide range of grain breads: for example, our hearty grain bread on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our award-winning Braumeister Crusty Bread on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and our pumpkin seed bread on Mondays and Thursdays. You can get So-Vitalbrot on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, our sunflower bread every Saturday. Whole grain products, such as our wholemeal spelled bread, are baked on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Whole grain bread is served on Tuesdays and our whole grain rye bread is served on Wednesdays. In addition, we have a wide range of seasonal offers: grill bar with olives from May to September, Vinschgau bread and chestnut bread from September to November and Advent bread in December.
