Shinrin Yoku is an unintentional, mindful immersion in the soothing atmosphere of the forest.
We enjoy the beauty of the forest with all our senses and marvel at how we can rediscover the familiar through deceleration. The health aspect has a positive effect on body, mind and soul. The immune system is strengthened, stress hormones are lowered, we find peace and balance.
All our senses are stimulated by mindfulness, breathing and relaxation exercises, which are also wonderful to take into everyday life.
Immerse yourself in the forest ecosystem and benefit in the long term from the positive effects on the immune, hormonal and nervous systems. Have a new experience and see nature from a different perspective for once and experience the forest in a completely new way.
Sturdy shoes and weather appropriate clothing are requested. (We will linger from time to time. Therefore, it is better to dress a little warmer and possibly bring a seat mat or blanket).
