Schänzelturm

The 13m high Schänzeltum was built in 1874 and is located on the Steigerkopf near the wine-filled small town of Edenkoben in the district of Südliche Weinstrasse. An outside staircase leads to the lower platform at a height of about 5 meters, the upper platform at a height of about 13 meters can be reached via the inside staircase of the tower. The tower can be reached via the hiking trails of the Palatinate Forest Association, red cross, and blue/yellow bar.
