The mill shop sells baking-related products: Wheat, rye and spelt flours, as well as coarse meal, grains and seeds. There are also various types of muesli, pasta, biscuits and fruit bears.

Seasonal products such as almond bread and almond cake complete the range. Baking courses and workshopsare regularly organised for baking enthusiasts. The facilities of the Bischoff-Mühle can also be hired for events, training courses, meetings and more.
