With 35 square meters of living space, the house is already considered a "tiny house" and yet offers everything you need for a good time in the Southern Palatinate. A small hallway with checkroom, the shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with counter and seating, as well as a small but cozy living room are housed in the original main house. The bedroom is located in the extension, where the beams in the roof have been exposed. It offers a cozy retreat. Unfortunately, the cottage has no garden or balcony - but the vineyards are just around the corner!
Unfortunately, the "Pfälzer Hexenhäuschen" does not have its own parking lot. Nevertheless, the street offers enough parking spaces. Within walking distance of 5 - 20m there are always enough free parking spaces on the street - without time restrictions.
The cottage is located on a normal, busy road and has a bus stop right outside the door - unfortunately you have to expect a little traffic noise, depending on the time of day. However, the vineyards are only a few steps away.
All stores for daily needs, Edeka, gas station, butcher and bakery are available within a radius of 1.5 km.
The cottage is suitable for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, the house is not barrier-free and not necessarily suitable for children, simply because of its size. However, if you are planning to come with your family, please contact me with your non-binding inquiry.
The prices are staggered depending on the number of people. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
