With our apartment called Stadtoase, we wanted to create a retreat for our guests, shielded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and yet in the middle of the city. The location in direct connection to the Reduit retreat built around 1860 is predestined for this. As part of the former city fortifications, the imposing sandstone ensemble is listed.
This superior apartment can be reached via an old oak staircase on the 1st floor. It is about 98m2 in size. It has a modern kitchen, bathroom, living room facing the south-facing balcony, a large and a small bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower and underfloor heating. The south balcony can be protected by a blind. Thick masonry keeps indoor temperatures comfortable. With textiles, wallpaper and wall paint, we have set exclusive accents and zauberharmonized the play of form, color and light. The high-quality kitchen offers all the options for preparing a delicious meal.
Landau is an idyllic university town where innovation and tradition mix in a charming way. The apartment is not far from the pedestrian zone, a five-minute walk from the central market square with the town hall. There are many nice restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity, which we would be happy to give you tips on.
