This unique apartment is located in Eußerthal in the South Palatinate in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and has a total living area of 73 m². The apartment is located in the attic of the building and has excellent insulation. The 8 large E-Velux roof windows with electric blinds provide light-filled rooms, but also for a very pleasant indoor climate with fast air exchange.
In the entire living area great emphasis was placed on high-quality and technically excellent work, the walls were provided with limebrushplaster, the parquet floor in oiled cherry wood, the furniture in the kitchen and bedroom by the carpenter handmade.
The bathroom was also very tastefully and equipped with everything you would expect in a modern, luxurious bathroom. The kitchen, which was equipped with high-quality electrical appliances, is in no way inferior. Cabinet-made kitchen furniture with glossy lacquered fronts and a granite worktop complete the experience in this apartment.

You are not allowed to smoke in the entire living area

After full payment, you will be given the code for the key safe in the entrance area.
Cancellation policy
If you do not arrive for any reason, we ask for written notice. We will then try to rent the apartment otherwise, so that no cancellation costs are incurred for you. If we do not succeed, we will charge you a cancellation fee.
You can cancel up to 6 weeks before your arrival free of charge. For cancellations after that, we charge 50% of the booked stay up to 1 week prior to arrival, with less than 1 week. For no show or no cancellation we allow 100% to be charged.
To avoid inconvenience, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
