Our apartment consists of 2 floors, has 50 square meters of living space as a maisonette apartment and is accessible via its own, separate entrance.

The apartment is NOT barrier-free!

It is a non-smoking apartment including an e-cigarette


The apartment includes

- a living room with sofa bed (for 1 additional person)
- a kitchen with a dining area
- a bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet
- a separate bedroom (upper floor)
- a terrace with seating
- a car parking space

- a bicycle stand in the public area

Please note:
no breakfast / only self-catering

Please pay attention to arrival / departure times

Arrival from 2 p.m. / departure by 10 a.m.

Dog - cat - mouse do not come into the house!
