In the middle of a charming landscape on the edge of the Palatinate Forest lies Frankweiler with its old sandstone quarry and a wonderful panoramic view of the Rhine plain. Here you will find the ideal conditions to recover from everyday stress.
The generously developed, lovingly equipped apartment is located in the attic of our house. Our house is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Frankweiler surrounded by vineyards, 200 m from our winery, with a view of Trifels Castle and the Kleine Kalmit in Ilbesheim.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for those seeking relaxation. Are you one of those people whose heart opens when hiking? Then you will experience a varied holiday in our Palatinate Forest with its hiking and cycling trails. Well-signposted hiking trails lead you to magnificent viewpoints. Take advantage of your hikes to spend some carefree hours in the managed huts on Sundays and public holidays.
Arrival from 3 pm / departure until 11 am Coming from the A 65, take the Landau-Nord exit. At the 1st traffic light, turn right until you reach the roundabout, where take the 2nd exit.
After about 500 m at the next traffic light turn right, drive straight past the company Mercedes Benz, the company Ufer and the garden center Gillet, always straight through the village of Nussdorf. Follow the right of way to the left, always straight ahead, until the next intersection. Here you can see the sign (Frankweiler), turn left. After about 3 km take the 1st road on the left. Approx. 500 m on the left side you have reached your destination (Dorfbornstr. 50)
If they come from the B10, take after about 3 minutes (approx. 4.5 km) take the right exit. After 300 m, turn right onto the L 508 wine route. On this road you stay until you enter Frankweiler and turn the 1st street left into Dorfbornstrasse. Your destination is the last house on your left. (Dorfbornstr. 50)
