Detached house in a quiet location on the outskirts of the winegrowing village of Weyher in the Palatinate - located directly on the Palatinate Forest at 310 m above sea level. Enjoy the distant view over the sea of vines of the southern wine route, over the winegrowing villages Weyher, Rhodt unter Rietburg and Edenkoben, with a good view to Ludwigshafen/Mannheim and the Odenwald. In the house, built in the 70's, you will find the "Ferienhaus Pfälzer Wald Weyher" for up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children (3 bedrooms) on the first floor. In the attic is the "Ferienwohnung Fernblick Pfalz (mit Sauna)" for 2-4 people (1 bedroom + sofa bed), which is accessible via a separate entrance from the street. From the vacation property you have direct access to various hiking trails (including, Pfälzer Weinsteig, Mandelpfad and Keschdeweg) and bike paths (including Panaromarunde of the German Wine Route bike path). In the wine village Weyher and the neighboring villages there are many vintners for wine tasting, Straußwirtschaften, wine taverns and restaurants. A few 100 meters away is the Villa Ludwigshöhe with the Rietburg chairlift. Excursion destinations are the romantic winegrowing villages of the Southern Wine Route, the Palatinate Forest for hut tours and hikes, the Hambach Castle, the Reichsburg Trifels and the cities of Landau and Neustadt an der Weinstraße as well as the Dahner Felsenland.
One parking space is available for each rental unit. Additional free parking can be found at the north end of the street. Both vacation properties are powered by 100% green electricity.
In Weyher from the "Hauptstraße" (L506) turn into the street Oberdorf, follow until the end. Before the forest, turn sharp left into the street Vogelsang. After approx. 100 m you have reached your destination. When driving with the navigation system, please make sure to use the northern access road to Vogelsang described above, because the southern access road is difficult to drive on (steep, narrow and badly paved). The key is in a key box. You will receive all details 2 days before arrival.
The daily prices do not include final cleaning. Towels, bed linen and electricity costs are included.
