Description

Our 3 holiday flats have a size of approx. 45 m² plus a covered outdoor seating area of 10 m².
The large holiday flat (family flat) has 90 m² plus a terrace of 20 m².

They are centrally located on a quiet town square and are part of an ensemble consisting of a historic water tower and a new building. This new wooden building is constructed in ecological solid wood. We have paid special attention to the use of building materials that are biologically sound. The green flat roof has an air-conditioning effect, so that we have been able to do without complex air-conditioning technology so far. The chosen construction shields the building from harmful radiation such as radon and electromagnetic waves. After long hikes in the Palatinate Forest, our guests find a cosy atmosphere in the natural wooden interiors. The barrier-free, threshold-free design of the holiday complex makes the stay just as interesting for senior citizens as it is for sporty, active young holiday guests.

There is a bicycle storage area for bicycles that you bring with you.

Pets are not allowed! Please note the house rules of the accommodation.

If your arrival doesn't quite go according to plan, that's no reason to despair. We will deposit the key for you in a key safe. This gives you access to the holiday flat, no matter how late you arrive.

Dogs not permitted.

From a booking of overnight stays you will receive a discount of 10% on the current daily price.
